Detailed Management Services agents manage a portfolio of buildings across New York City and Long Island.  This assortment of buildings comprises of Condominium / Cooperative Buildings, Commercial buildings, Commercial Mixed-Use buildings, and multi-family properties.  The company is owned and operated by Lorenzo Cesare who has over 10 years experience as a property manager and over 15 years experience in the real estate industry.    Lorenzo Cesare, CEO   After high school, Lorenzo enrolled and study accounting at St. John's University in 1992. After St. John's, Lorenzo began his career in Real Estate as a property accountant in 1996.  Managing a portfolio that included over 3,000 residential apartments, and over 4 million square feet of commercial office buildings and industrial warehouses.  Lorenzo's interest in Real Estate began to grow and he pursued in getting his real estate salesperson license and eventually his real estate broker's license.  He also went on and earned his ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).  In 2007, Lorenzo started Detailed Management Services, LLC, and currently manages a portfolio of buildings that spans across New York City and Long Island.
